27.04.2010 Apts water and electricity cut off
Due to enormous amount of apartments in all complexes with outstanding balances, from 1st of May, 2010 we are starting to cut off water and electricity in properties with unpaid bills. Those owners who still haven’t contacted us regarding their outstanding bills are highly advised to so immediately.
The list of all apartments with cut off utilities will be posted on our website in the begging of May, 2010.
Please be aware that water and electricity will be restored only after FULL payment of an outstanding balance and the penalty fee. Reconnection can take place ONLY during maintenance working hours (please refer to previous post), on NEXT business day after payment has been received. Reconnecting CANNOT take place during Saturdays and Sundays.
